Guess what? WE ARE DONE WITH T25 - WOO! I'm so, SO proud of us for finishing this program. It's definitely been a bumpy course for me, weight-loss-wise, but I'm really happy and proud of myself to sticking it out and trusting the process. I can't wait to get back at it for ROUND TWO starting tomorrow! I know I'm going to totally NAIL IT this time around! So, there you have it! The weight loss wasn't exactly what I hoped it would be - when I first started out I was hoping to get closer to 20 pounds, maybe 25 - but at the end of the day I'm going to be proud of every single accomplishment I've made. The fact that I completed the program at all is a HUGE milestone for me - and it really gives me hope that I'm really on the right track this time around.
I'm very excited to restart the program tomorrow and see how I've progressed. I'm also excited because I really think my results for Round Two will be even better than they were for Round One - not only am I more fit than I was at the beginning of Round One, meaning I will be able to do the workouts stronger, but I plan on integrating an extra workout at the gym everyday - just a brisk walk on the treadmill, but still. AND now that my calories are up to where they need to be, I'm confident the weight will continue to come off. Just have to keep plugging away! Round Two results will be posted in just a few short months!
