Whenever you embark on a journey to face a difficult challenge, it is important to recognize the small successes along the way. This is especially true in the battle with weight loss, with all of the emotional ups and downs that accompany it. Rewarding your progress not only motivates you to reach your next milestone, but also gives you an opportunity to truly enjoy each and every accomplishment. Below are my personal milestones during this process and the reward I will give myself once I reach them.
